Meet Teryl Parker, Baby Boomer. Being a part of this generation has given me the opportunity to understand the challenges associated with Boomerism. Namely, AGEING and Degenerative Diseases. It started with the honor of becoming a full time caregiver for my beloved brother-in-law, which unfortunately developed into full-time Hospice caregiving; during this time my husband became a Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; (COPD); victim. At that same time my aging parents were struggling with heart disease, stroke, cancer, osteoporosis, etc. For this reason, I am interested in becoming and staying healthy for life.

I have been studying health and nutrition since my early teens, as my mother has an intestinal disease, Celiac, which required special nutrition. I myself have struggled with health problems from an early age. I often wondered if all the vitamin supplements were having a positive effect, as I never felt like they did me any good "?". Turns out, I was correct in my assumption as most of the supplements have very little potency or quality.
